Ganesh Himal Trek starts after a few hours of drive along the Kathmandu to Dhunche highway. Along the trail, superb close views of Ganesh himal, Langtang, Bouddha Himal, Hiunchuli and other peaks of central Himalaya. While camping, we provide fully water proof two men tents, dining tents, kitchen gears, dining table, chairs, toilet tents, Kathmandu shower tent and many other gears as per the service chosen.

DAY 01: ARRIVE KATHMANDU
Airport representative of Mountain Climbers Treks & Adventure will receive you and transfer by private vehicle to the hotel. Leisure day to adjust with altitude, weather and time difference as well as to take rest from jetlags. to the culture shock of medieval Kathmandu, with its bustling bazaars interspersed with shrines and temples and interesting architecture. In the evening you can either eat in at your hotel or venture out to one of the many restaurants in Thamel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 02: WALKING TOUR IN KATHMANDU 3 HRS
Walking tour of Kathmandu’s cultural heritage sites listed by UNESCO for 3 hours including Kathmandu Durbar Square, Monkey Temple & local markets towards South of Thamel. Later part of the rest of the day is for trekking permit (TIMS), national park permit and final packing for the trekking.

DAY 03: DRIVE TO BETRAWATI (625M) 5-6 HRS
Our journey into the Himalaya begins with a scenic drive to Betrawati, a lovely village on the banks of the Trishuli River and the gateway between Langtang National Park check point. At the top of the Kathmandu valley the views extend west as far as the Annapurnas and Manaslu. As you drop down into the Trisuli valley you’ll pass through terraced hillsides to Trisuli Bazaar, where an exciting, narrow road traverses several ridges to reach the small town of Betrawati. It has mix people of Brahmin, Chhetri and Tamang in the town. Here colorfully dressed up villagers from the local Tamang ethnic group gather around to greet us. Enjoy an evening with campfire and some local dancing and singing. Overnight at tented camp.

DAY 04: Trek to Kispang (1850M) 6-7 HRS
After having breakfast at Betrawati, the trail ascends gradually all the way to Kispang through villages and forests for six hours. Our staffs move further faster to fix lunch place for the day. Tents are waiting for you to rest after arriving at Kispang. Overnight at Tented Camp.

DAY 05: Trek to Thulo Chaur (2350M) 5-6 HRS
We have pretty much set plan of having breakfast before starts walking in the morning and lunch on the way in between. We will reach at Thulochour after walking 6 hours approximately passing monastery, stupas, farms and waterfall. Overnight at Tented Camp.

DAY 06: Trek to Gonga (3000M) 5-6 HRS
We ascend steadily through a forest of rhododendron to Gonga. The higher we go, the more you feel like you are in Himalayan territory and the more superb views offers by some of the viewpoints and Gonga is one of them which offers open mountain view. Overnight at Tented Camp.

DAY 07: Trek to Rupchet/Shingla Basie Camp (3600M) 5-6 HRS
We trek through deep rhododendron and pine forest which leads to Rupchet or Singla Base Camp through where we will have chance to see some wild animals including monkey. Himalayan tahr, Gaur, Musk Deer and many others wild animals. Rupchet is the base of Singla Top and we will consider one more day rest if some of the group member feels uncomfortable due to the altitude signs and symptoms. Overnight at Tented Camp.

DAY 08: Trek TO KHARKA OVER SING LA PASS (4600M) 7-8 HRS
Toughest day for the whole trip due to the steep walk to Shingla pass. Wake up early in the morning and

have light breakfast before to start the trip and carry pack lunch for the way in between. Soon we arrive on top, views starts to open up and the pass offers breathtaking view of Mount Ganesh himal, Mt. Langtang, Manaslu and many other lesser peaks. Way down to Kharka (pastureland –open place for grazing animals) for overnight stay. Overnight at Tented Camp.

DAY 09: TREK TO BORANG (1800M/5904FT) 5-6 HRS
From now on, the journey starts to go down steeply through land terraces and villages to Borang. Borang is a nice typical Tamang village. Overnight at Tented Camp.

DAY 10: TREK TO JHARLANG (1700M): 5-6 HRS
We have gradual walking terraces and villages of Tamang and Gurung communities. Overnight at Tented Camp.

DAY 11: TREK TO KINTANG PHEDI (1200M): 6-7 HRS
The journey takes us to the Kingtang Phedi all the downhill walk through small village. In the evening, we can walk down to Khahare for leisure walk. Overnight at Tented Camp.

DAY 12: TREK TO JYAMRUNG (1700M): 6-7 HRS
Leaving Khahare, the trail ascends all the way to Jyamrung by passing picturesque village of Simle. Jyamrung and Simle are two villages, separated by the Damai Chautara Hill. The beautiful hill offers Netravati river, wide and huge valley created by the river and Ganesh Himal range. Overnight in Tented Camp or stay at locals house.

DAY 13:  Drive TO KATHMANDU, 160KM
The roads to Dhadingbesi, administrative headquarter of the Dhading district, moves through unpaved road for approximately two hours via Jyamrung Durbar. “Jymrung Durbar” is a old fort made under the period of unification of Nepal and only ruins remaining now. Please follow their facebook page for most updated pictures and stories. Soon after we meet paved road at Dhading Besi, we drive another half an hour to meet Kathmandu –Pokhara highway which leads us to Kathmandu. It can be best defined as scenic journey due to the beautiful views of rivers, hills, terraces, forests and villages. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 14: ONWARD DESTINATION
We will serve you appropriate vehicle to transfer you to Kathmandu International Airport as per group size.
